Donna always gets asked whether she teaches stippling, the answer is normally no... but guess what... Donna is now rolling out Workshops where they will be tailored to skill levels and age groups.
Each class will have a maximum of 10 students. This class is expected to fill fast- please book asap to ensure your Childs spot.
Location: Sandhurst, Victoria.
Date: Sunday the 17th of January 2021
Time: 9am - 12pm. Total of 3 hours
AREAS COVERED
This class is suitable for beginners to intermediate. Your child is NOT expected to be able to draw and dot on the day- just dot. One thing at a time. During the workshop your child will be given a template made by Donna herself to work off. They will use this template to create their own drawing using shading techniques and space with dots. We will only work with dots.
They can take home their work of art at the end of the class.
What the costs cover:
- All art materials used on the day.
- Your child will be sent home with their very own artist pad and stationary, so they can continue what they have learnt at the workshop.
- A frame for your Childs work to go home in.
- An A4 Dots By Donna Print of your Childs choice.
- Morning tea and snacks.
There will be lots of fun through drawing, we would love children to take part who love to draw. Class maximums are low at 10 children to ensure all children get adequate time with Donna. An (adult) assistant will also be there to help with numbers.
NOTE: Parents are requested to drop and head out for an afternoon of coffee at the local Sandbox Cafe- Sandhurst- or even better a movie.

Donna Taylor is an international award winning artist, who has exhibited her work throughout Australia, New York and Las Vegas. Donna's work is highly sort after all over the world and is very unique. Donna's passion for drawing dots has built her a very large social media following and large business to match.
Donna is also a mother to two beautiful children, Milla (8 years) and Leo (4 years) who both have a passion for drawing in dots. Donna has worked alongside them to help create the skills they both now have and will continue to do so.
FINAL NOTES
Classes must be full to go ahead- otherwise a full refund will be given.
Refunds will not be given for No-Shows.
Donna has a valid WWCC.
Each one of Donna’s illustrations are created free hand, singularly made from the layering of dots - hundreds upon thousands of tiny dots and countless hours. Donna credits her unique talent for the technique known as ‘stippling’ or ‘pointillism' to achieving such intricate drawings using just a fine liner. Donna’s pieces take on discipline, focus and a life of their own. Some designs have hand painted watercolour added for a pop of colour.
Limited edition prints are just that - a one of a kind, stand-alone piece of artwork and we create only 200 printed in each size.
Each limited piece is hand signed and numbered by Donna. Your number is yours only and will never be reprinted. Once all numbers have sold the print will be archived. You are getting something special.
All limited editions come with a Certificate of Authenticity, dated, numbered and signed to confirm that your print is in fact an exclusive edition by Donna Taylor.
Artworks are all printed on top quality papers using the latest Giclee printing methods and archival inks. Acid free, fade resistant with a smooth surface. All Dots by Donna prints are printed on 308gsm Hahnemühle cotton rag archival paper. The white cotton paper, has a wonderfully soft feel. All prints are archival and will become a family heirloom.
Please note: As of the 1st of Jan 2021 DBD paper quality has improved- Variations to previous purchases may be noticed.
FRAMES- As of August 2022 DBD no longer offers framing. DBD use standard paper sizing which makes it easy to find frames to suit.
PRINTS- Most orders are shipped within 2-3 business days, however the A0, A1 & A2 prints can take longer as they are printed once ordered. Please allow 3-4 weeks. All parcels are sent via Registered Post. Every parcel is carefully wrapped and packaged in custom designed packaging for safe shipping.
