Dots by Donna does not offer exchanges for change of mind, however if you're not satisfied with your purchase please send an email to email@example.com within 2 business days of receiving your item/s, please include your order number and the reasons why you are unhappy with your order.
If you receive an item that’s proven faulty/damaged or not what you ordered, Donna will happily exchange this for you, free of any charges.
If your parcel is unable to be delivered due to incorrect information sent on your end- or you have failed to collect your parcel from your local post, Dots by Donna is not liable for the re-postage of your order.
*To have the parcel re-sent you will need to pay the cost of re-delivery to your address.
Donna will always try to prevent breakage by carefully wrapping the frames in bubble wrap and placing them in custom fit boxes.
We use Australia Post, Fastway or TNT and ship via a fragile service.
