All orders are shipped within 2-3 business days, however the A2, A1 and A0 prints can take longer as they are printed once ordered.
If you have not received your order within 7 working days please check you tracking number and if you are still having issues please email hello@dotsbydonna.com so we can locate the parcel and resolve the issue.
All parcels are sent via Registered Post so if you miss your delivery it is your responsibility to pick it up from your Post office. Failure to collect your parcel from your local post outlet will result in your parcel being returned to DBD. If this happens you will need to cover the costs of shipping the item again.
We use Australia Post, Sendle or TNT .
