A: Currently, I am not taking on any commission work at the moment. 

A: Orders are shipped within 2-3 business days. You will receive a tracking number in which you can follow shipping movement. A2-A0 prints can take longer as they are printed once ordered. Please allow 2-3 weeks.

A: No we will not leave prints unattended. It will be sent to your local post office. You will need to sign for your print as it comes via Registered Post, no exceptions for any print size over A4.

A:  Yes you can have your print flipped, please select the 'yes' option before adding your print to the cart. If you have any issues please email hello@dotsbydonna.com.

A: Please send us an email within 24 hours of receiving your purchase to hello@dotsbydonna.com- please include photos of packaging and product.

A: If you have ordered more than one print please open the protective sleeve and look behind your other print, they are normally hiding here. Otherwise please email us at hello@dotsbydonna.com

A: Only limited edition prints receive certificates. So if your print does not have a number in the bottom corner, this means it is an open edition print, in which case you will not receive a certificate.

A: Yes, we thought a name change would be nice. Taylored Dots is a well-known name but can be a tricky one to pronounce. Dots by Donna rolls off the tongue & more personal. We are excited to grow under this new title!
