How long does shipping take? I pack and ship all fine art prints and stationery orders within 2-3 business days from my studio in Noosa, Queensland. You'll get a tracking number to follow your new treasure's journey! For larger archival art prints (A2-A0), these are made to order so they take a little longer. Also, I am a one woman show, and sometimes the universe likes to keep things interesting! I will always contact you if anything comes up, but this is super rare. 💙

What happens if I'm not home when my parcel arrives? No worries, your Australian art print order will be sent via Registered Post and you'll need to sign for it. If you miss it, check your letterbox for a card and follow the prompts... it'll be waiting for you at your local post office safe and sound!

What if my print arrives damaged? Oh no, I'm so sorry if that happens! All Dots by Donna fine art prints are printed on 308gsm Hahnemuhle cotton rag archival paper and packed with care, but if something goes wrong in transit please email me within 24 hours of receiving it at hello@dotsbydonna.com and include photos of the packaging and the product so I can sort it out for you ASAP.

What if I'm missing part of my order? Before panicking, check inside the protective sleeve and behind your other prints (sneaky little hiders!). If your Australian art print order is truly missing something, email me at hello@dotsbydonna.com and I'll fix it in a jiffy!

Why didn't I get a Certificate of Authenticity? Limited edition stippling prints come with a signed Certificate of Authenticity, confirming your print is an exclusive, numbered edition by Donna Taylor that will never be reprinted. If your print doesn't have a number on it, it's an Open Edition fine art print. That just means it's still incredibly special, just no certificate needed!
