Sofia the Sheep with Flower Crown is a hand drawn sheep print and limited edition fine art print from the Dots by Donna collection. This romantic floral wall art is created by internationally award winning Australian stippling artist Donna Taylor, built entirely freehand from individual dots, nothing traced, nothing rushed, with each original drawing taking over 40 hours to complete, one tiny dot at a time.
Sofia peeks in from the edge beneath a lush autumn crown of dahlias, roses and hydrangeas in dusty pink, peach and warm rust. The contrast of delicate watercolour blooms against fine black and white dotwork is what makes this piece so special. Every bit of her woolly coat is layered from thousands of tiny dots, giving her real softness and depth. Beautiful alone, or paired with a full face print for a gorgeous gallery moment.
Sofia the Sheep with Flower Crown is a limited edition print, capped at only 200 prints per size, and comes with a signed Certificate of Authenticity. Once sold out, it will never be reprinted.

As of August 2022 Dots by Donna no longer offers framing. All prints use standard paper sizing, making it easy to find frames to suit at any framing store or homewares retailer.
